The view from our Pearl Tower View room on the 45th floor was spectacular. truly a highlight of our visit. The rooftop Flair was not only a bar but also offered a delightful dining experience with attentive service. Room service exceeded expectations, consistently quick and friendly with an excellent selection. The city view from various points in the hotel added to our enjoyment.

The Club Deluxe Room was seriously comfy. The quilt was a bit thick, but they swapped it out for us right away. Amazing views from the 45th floor, and the service was top-notch. Plus, there was a nice touch with the hot water when I wasn't feeling great. Really spacious and had good quality WiFi too. Overall, a great vibe in the room and around the hotel.
